Brendan is a chartered engineer with over 35 years of experience in the areas of structural, civil and environmental engineering. He has designed and managed a wide range of housing and commerical projects in the UK and Ireland.
His qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering, Masters in Fire Safety, Higher Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Commercial and Domestic BER Assessor/Technical Advisor, FETAC qualified Assessor for Site Suitability Assessments/ Site Percolation Tests.
